About the Role
CYRAF is a leading industrial cybersecurity company dedicated to protecting critical infrastructure. We safeguard essential services like energy, water, transportation, and communication networks from cyber threats. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to provide technical leadership in the execution and delivery of Cybersecurity solutions for our customers. The ideal person for this role is self-motivated, energized by continuously learning, and believes that the ultimate way to care for colleagues and clients is to be an active listener, exhibit compassion, and provide transparent and actionable feedback with the highest level of attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Project Manager to successfully implement cybersecurity solutions and associated applications.
- Provide technical leadership including design, implementation, and knowledge transfer of various cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) of project deliverables and serve as a conduit between customers and the cybersecurity team.
- Ensure all security requirements are met, known threats are mitigated, and security levels are maintained.
- Conduct external kick-off meetings with customers to ensure stakeholder alignment on scope and delivery expectations.
- Ensure that all required infrastructure to support engagements is in place and that cybersecurity best practices are followed during implementations.
- Perform other cybersecurity engineering, documentation, standardization, or training tasks as requested.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and engagements with consistent, on-time results.
- Deep knowledge of standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and NIST.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities to develop and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP Certification.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISA, CISM, GICSP, ISA/IEC62443, etc.
